Accounts

Your company or organization may have multiple accounts. However, each account must be associated with a single U.S. state. Only one account is permitted per state.

Each account must maintain a minimum account balance (annual transactions excluding taxes) of $1,000.00.

If your organization has multiple accounts, the $1,000.00 minimum applies to each account individually. Minimums are not combined or shared across accounts.

Currency

DoveTailTools accepts United States Dollars (USD) only, payable by Visa and Mastercard only.

Licenses

Licenses are available by annual subscription only.

After the initial license purchase, license adjustments occur quarterly, except that adjustments occur twice per year for accounts located in a Biannual Transaction State.

Biannual Transaction States: Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Licenses are not available to organizations located in countries where U.S. businesses are prohibited from conducting business.

Licenses cannot be transferred between computers.

Bundles

Two bundles are available — HVAC and Plumbing. Each bundle provides a two‑month discount compared to purchasing the included licenses individually.

The HVAC bundle includes two licenses — Equiduct and Ventimental.

The Plumbing bundle includes four licenses — Drainstorm, H_IIO, Naturally Gassed, and Positively Gassed.

All licenses within a bundle must be installed on the same computer.

Individual licenses may be upgraded to bundles during license adjustment periods. When upgrading, an applicable credit is automatically applied.

Volume Discounts

Two volume‑discount tiers are available, based on the total number of licenses in your account:

Volume discounts apply to each account individually. If your company or organization maintains multiple accounts, license totals are not combined for discount purposes.

Each license in a bundle counts as one license toward the volume discount.

Refunds & Returns

Licenses and bundles are non‑refundable and may not be returned for any reason.
